Wonderful mountains for skiing and hiking rise up on both sides of the expansive high altitude valley, neither too steep nor too high (they reach up to 2,525 m), and there is a charming mosaic of woods and open spaces against the impressive backdrop of Mont Blanc. In fact, the place is a genuine Garden of Eden for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, nature lovers, indeed anyone in search of rest and relaxation.
